There were no cars, and it was prior to 2012.
They used those brownish filters to make everything look over-exposed like in the desert, you know what I mean? I don't remember any colors.

Like the beginning of The Giver, except maybe it had some colors, not completely colorless.
But yes, like an old western kind of tint.
I think you just need to make the film now. It's only short and you'll just need 10 people:)
