I'm on day 13 of this self imposed challenge of 60 minutes of activity every day. I work out about 3 times a week and I walk/bike pretty often so I thought this would be a stretch but not too hard.
I've learned a lot. The biggest thing is just having to rotate between body parts. Since it's everyday there just isn't a lot of time built in for recovery.
Body part rotations are great, Epsom bath salts are helpful, and I have a new appreciation for electric massagers, and icy hot.
