I listened to a really long pod with him a few months ago, around the time when Gigi posted about red light, if you remember that), and I was pretty into the light stuff. The mk ultra blue light stuff … I dunno. Overall not too sure it’s worth more than entertainment value

If he’s in fact a practicing brain surgeon it’s indeed hard to dismiss him, and I’ll take your word about his understanding. Shit… now I don’t know anymore
He retired from brain surgery late last year. He now has a longevity clinic in El Salvador.
