What do you guys think about Dr. Jack Kruse? I was listening to him on the Breedlove podcast but I don’t understand a lot of what he’s saying. I’m not even saying that he’s wrong but how the fuck am I supposed to verify his position when I don’t understand what a soloton is? And I’m not ready to study quantum physics lol fuck that

Also, the guy comes off as a controlling douchebag. Not sure what that is all about.

I listened to a really long pod with him a few months ago, around the time when Gigi posted about red light, if you remember that), and I was pretty into the light stuff. The mk ultra blue light stuff … I dunno. Overall not too sure it’s worth more than entertainment value
