What do you guys think about Dr. Jack Kruse? I was listening to him on the Breedlove podcast but I don’t understand a lot of what he’s saying. I’m not even saying that he’s wrong but how the fuck am I supposed to verify his position when I don’t understand what a soloton is? And I’m not ready to study quantum physics lol fuck that

Also, the guy comes off as a controlling douchebag. Not sure what that is all about.

Don't really have an opinion on him besides he has some interesting theories. I think a lot of his ideas are very "common sense science". I like him because he is a dissenting voice in medicine; a very conforming industry.

I found this one good.

He has a second interview with Jones where he debates a pharma guy.

Sorry bad link above

I’ll download it and listen later. This guy just talks so much it’s exhausting to keep up with.

Just minimize your blue light intake as much as you can..

It’s more than that. He talked deuterium depleted water and magnetism too. And sunning your balls lol

I listened to a really long pod with him a few months ago, around the time when Gigi posted about red light, if you remember that), and I was pretty into the light stuff. The mk ultra blue light stuff … I dunno. Overall not too sure it’s worth more than entertainment value

Nobody else public-facing has anywhere close to his technical understanding of light’s impact on the human body

If he’s in fact a practicing brain surgeon it’s indeed hard to dismiss him, and I’ll take your word about his understanding. Shit… now I don’t know anymore

He retired from brain surgery late last year. He now has a longevity clinic in El Salvador.

He said that Jack Dorsey is doing what he suggests so idk I’m curious šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

Right?! Good point. I’m a believer again maybe

I find him very compelling and intelligent. I’ve probably listened to 25-35 full podcasts with him over the last 2 years. You are not alone to get a douche bag first impression. He’s aware of being perceived as such and doesn’t care. My take is he feels jaded for being doubted and outcast for ā‰ˆ20 yrs while slowly being proven right as research keeps trickling out. I think he’s also mad at himself for spending the first half of his career ignorant to his current light, water, and magnetism focal points.

I believe he has an incredibly valuable message around health and sovereignty that you won’t find anywhere else.

I can see that but you have to be careful because the lack of emotional control can lead to biases. Which podcast do you recommend to understand the basics?

Kruse doesn’t dumb his stuff down. Which turns a lot of people off. His philosophy is he expects your ā€œproof-of-workā€ to understand the concepts which will much more likely result in your retainment and deep understanding. This Rick Rubin episode is probably the best Kruse-pill episode with him in it. https://youtu.be/oK9_j6fa2P4

I would also highly recommend entry-level podcasts with his mentees who do slow down and dumb down somewhat: https://youtu.be/TE5k81SaXAA

I’ll definitely have a listen soon, given your high praise and familiarity! Ty

I can confirm a few things he's saying actually.

Experimented by doing a day of heavy blue light screen exposure, was absolutely brainfried at the end.

Then tried another day doing the same thing but with the screen set to a warm red tint and I was fine afterwards.

Now I'm always turning down blue light on any device I'm using, and I feel a lot better.

I have set blue light filters on my phone and computer. They turn on around sunset. But my tv can’t do that which is annoying. I definitely noticed my sleep quality changes with blue light exposure for sure

You'll need to put in the work and study what he's put out there. Check out Alexis Cowan if you want the same sort of insights from a different perspective.

This might be worth listening to.

Word is he helped Dorsey out with health issues. Also athletes. I’ve been into this kind of stuff for awhile and am persuaded. His mentor, Becker, legit scientist too.

Added to the list thank you

It's worth exploring. I haven't seen the Breedlove episodes yet, but I've seen others featuring him. Really hot takes. I liked that he emphasized on his provocative style. Definitely keeping an eye on him further.

The quantum physics stuff just goes over my head. Hard to know how much of it makes sense or not.

Agreed. What does your instinct tells you overall?

Tell* 🤭

He is convinced that these blue lights are what is killing us. More than food. I have a hard time believing it’s that simple because the guy looks pretty fiat. Idk how old he is and I don’t mean to sound cruel, but the guy looks like shit. He could just be really old but if his theories are actually true, I feel he would’ve improved his health. Also, your health affects your mood and temperament. Angry and bitter old men are usually not the pinnacle of health. I’m sure there is some truth to a lot of what he says. I’m sure that blue light is bad for us but not convinced that it’s the number one thing.

Have followed and unfollowed him like five times on Twitter. Total douchebag, can’t be taken seriously, yet possibly a genius, must be listened to. Go back and forth. Currently unfollowed.

He’s insufferable but I think there is some value in what he’s saying

Can't argue with what you've said. I've bookmarked your note for further references.
