I find him very compelling and intelligent. I’ve probably listened to 25-35 full podcasts with him over the last 2 years. You are not alone to get a douche bag first impression. He’s aware of being perceived as such and doesn’t care. My take is he feels jaded for being doubted and outcast for ≈20 yrs while slowly being proven right as research keeps trickling out. I think he’s also mad at himself for spending the first half of his career ignorant to his current light, water, and magnetism focal points.

I believe he has an incredibly valuable message around health and sovereignty that you won’t find anywhere else.

I can see that but you have to be careful because the lack of emotional control can lead to biases. Which podcast do you recommend to understand the basics?

Kruse doesn’t dumb his stuff down. Which turns a lot of people off. His philosophy is he expects your “proof-of-work” to understand the concepts which will much more likely result in your retainment and deep understanding. This Rick Rubin episode is probably the best Kruse-pill episode with him in it. https://youtu.be/oK9_j6fa2P4

I would also highly recommend entry-level podcasts with his mentees who do slow down and dumb down somewhat: https://youtu.be/TE5k81SaXAA

I’ll definitely have a listen soon, given your high praise and familiarity! Ty
