Setting standards!!
why does the app need to set the rules?
Doesn't the user who created the group have the power the remove the user? and set the rules?
Unless the groups are run by the app, if so. would be great if groups could be created by the users.
Anybody can create a private group chat and talk about whatever they want, of course scamming is not allowed even in private group chats. But we do have some large public group chats such as the one for lifetime members or Nostr and some people were using them to promote their own project, flooding the notifications of thousands of people. Generally speaking we want to set the tone for what’s the app is all about so everybody can have a great time.
