We have been meaning to do this for ages, what prep work did you do? Seasonings? What temp did you cook, in what, for how long? I must unlock the secrets to making this!
I just followed a recipe from YouTube. It was rather simple, but don't have it off hand. It included W-sauce, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and some Monk fruit sweetener.
This dehydrator goes up to 154°F, and I just let it rip overnight from about 11pm to 6am.
