Nostr works better for me than Twitter & Fbook. Everything loads faster & plays without hiccups.

Twitter videos load like garbage and have done for me since I first logged in. Nostr notes load quickly my DMS and notifications are not as fast and sometimes missing but that is rare. On the whole the experience is less bloated for sure.
