I'll just toss in my husband did six days, said second and third day are the worst. To me he looked doing very well about day fifth, on sixth day I threw a scene he's trying to die on me and made him eat something.👀😅 He was fine, just water and espresso.

That’s amazing. The 7 days water fast is in the bible too (book of Ezra, Daniel), my dad used to do it, that and 3 days total fast - Esther, Matthew. I did coffee day 2 that messed me up !
