Totally.

That’s why the “age of the universe is 26.7B years” is so absurd. From *whose* perspective? At the time of the Big Bang, all of reality existing in a single point, where time itself dilates to infinity.

Science insists there is some 3rd party ghost observer at all times, no matter how ridiculous.

This is why most scientists are so baffled by quantum mechanics — they have a hard time accepting the influence of their own perceptions on reality
