Evening workout complete at hour 48 of my 72 hour water & salt only fast!

Full Body Workout:

15 reps x 3 sets

Hip abduction LB 100 LBS

hip abduction LF 100 lbs

Hip adduction 50 lbs

Back extensions with 25 lb plate

12 reps x 2 sets

Side laterals 8 lbs

Clean & press 15 lbs

Bicep curls 30 lbs barbell

Upright rows 30 lbs barbell

Skull crushers 30 lbs barbell

Chest press 30 lbs

15 reps x 3 sets:

Abdominal crunch machine 100 lbs

Leg press 440 lbs

10 min treadmill

Previous to the gym:

30 minute treadmill @ 2.5 mph @ 10% incline burning 285 calories
