Features that enhance the user’s real world. Interactions that strengthen connections, online and local. Useful functions in obvious places in the application where and when you need them, mental flows in usage uninterrupted by a well-organized interface. Data relationships and levels of importance made evident by the UI. So much of this is so subtle.
