Thanks for sharing! Great stuff. As a general statement, are mined salts higher in heavy metals due to the mining process. I have heard Himalayan salt can be particularly contaminated. The reason I started looking at mined salts is I would assume they would not have the micro plastics contamination.

God damnit. Bought a bunch of Celtic Sea Salt thinking it was the healthiest of them… 😅 To the trash then. Not sure what salt to get now, don’t have those brands in Sweden.
