That's the easy part :D

I think I was wondering more practically - so e.g. businesses like hotels have a QR code that they put on their front-desk. So we may need equivalent of that. Then we need a basic business bot / UI that can answer the most common questions. Then we would need a solid UI for the "front-desk" person to see all new incoming messages and e.g. start hotel actions from.

Let's say I'm staying in a hotel in a room and I text the front desk "need steak", the front-desk person would ideally see this pop up & start a new thread, have it associated with the room and have a link into ordering the food from kitchen.

That would be pretty dope … actually this is like deja vu… I built https://curbd.app during covid to help small businesses add some organization to curbside pickup over SMS. Could’ve been easily done over Nostr… probably easier than how I built it (with firebase+twilio)

Hotel key card gets flashed with nostr priv key on check in. NFC tap phone with room key for verified private messages to hotel.
