Nope. Nostr has a section where it lists all the zaps you've received, and who sent them.
From profile ⚡️yes.
Zaps ⚡️ on posts, on #[2] nope, but in snort you have options for “zap-type” (public-anon-non-zap)

You'll usually see a note attahed to a transaction. You may have to open up the transactin to see it.

Totally anonymous with a non KYC wallet if your Nostr account is Anon. Zaps do show up on your account and theirs.
Lightning tip (on profile) however does not notify receiver who sent.
Ok that’s what I thought for some people that it wound be totally non KYC
