I have located a copy of the book approximately 180 miles north from me in a public library on the Apache reservation, because I don't have the time to drive that far during finals season, the reward is still up for grabs. I have not been able to locate the book elsewhere. First person to provide PDF copy of the book mentioned in the note below gets the reward. Scan must be high quality.

I found one of the entire Chronicles of Narnia which includes the Wood Between the Worlds. Or does it need to be this specific book?

that specific Illistrated edition. ISBN must match. would be trivial to find if I just needed the C.S. Lewis version of the novel
