Did some flank steak tacos last night with some friends.

Marinated the steak in lime, soy sauce, garlic and olive oil. Made some fresh chimichurri to go with the steak.

I really gotta start making my own tortillas.

Dude, I recently learned to make corn tortilla’s and I can never go back to store bought.

Super easy. Takes a bit of practice to get them right and Bob’s your tío ;)
