see DM you're still causing issues.

Make sure you set keyframe to 2s in output settings and set fixed FPS in your video settings.

30.303 FPS is weird 🤣

Its default. I only see 10 fps as the lowest option

Just disable auto-reconnect until its stable, i dont think the FPS has anything to do with it

Im not seeing an auto reconnect option to toggle

what software are you using? In OBS reconnect is hidden in the advanced settings.

I use Prism and obs. Mostly Prism.

Ah ok. I never used Prism so can't help with that but I can help with OBS if you ever need help again.

But you can set 30, 60 right? variable bitrate causes issues. make sure it's fixed at 30 or 60.
