Replying to nobody

Security is only as effective as its adoption rate.

This is the Achilles heel of every messenger, every decentralized communications protocol, every tool that gets built.

Until it is as smooth and feature rich as the tools provided by big tech/data it will never reach a critical adoption rate. If nobody you need to communicate with is on a platform, it doesn't serve to improve your privacy either.

True.

Most people land on the convenience side the the security spectrum.

Is security requires nothing from the , they will happily use it.

Making secure on the back end takes more work, but will be 100% required for freedom tech.

All animals are =. Some animals are more = than others.

Exactly this. It matters that we make security work for those who don't care, even if just to benefit those of us who do.
