How do you drink your matcha? Looking for suggestions, coffee is starting to lose it's appeal for me. Second degree friends swear by steamed milk matcha but I am little hesitant to try that.

Oh, and here I thought that honey+milk+tea is too complicated, obviously I have to step up my game 😅
Thanks for the insights, like blue algea, I haven't even heard about that. Will look it up. The results look like from other world and I guess making it with so many ingredients is almost like ritual, which I like. Will try to post if (hopefully when) I try to make it like or close to your recipe.
