Pretty good... No eggs? What about electrolytes? Potassium and Magnesium, don't underestimate the symptoms of the deficiency after 2 weeks! For real.

Eggs weren’t purchased today. Have fresh eggs in the refrigerator. Still need to work on the electrolytes. I’m pretty much water and black coffee for now. Still learning what I can have. Suggestions are welcomed.🤙🏻🫂
Nice! The thing is that you'll loose water that was retained in the fat. This water is where the body used to keep its storage of magnesium and potassium, and suddenly this stash is going to disappear!
I underestimated this, and woke up one day with a huge headache and with trouble to just go across the room. Thanks that I read about it, run to wholefoods to buy the electrolytes and really helped. I added extra table salt to them.
My recommendation is start now with 1 serving and if you see that you start to loose weight really quick then increase to 2 servings a day for at least a month until the body balance itself out
That's my experience, hope nostr:nprofile1qqstzt0wugc7sklvr8e7fcl7ukyn63ym3ns4nmf2mnk0vqnz4l9x65qpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgqguwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxumm5d4skuerpw3hhy7fwdaexwqgawaehxw309ahx7um5wghx66tyv3kxjmn89ekhjerwwvhx5uq9ezhgl can confirm this!
