Seems about right

What’s up Kboom. Been a while since I’ve seen you around. Hope all is well my friend. 🤞🏻🫂

Yes I went a bit away from nostr for some unknow reasons.

But know i am fully back. Beside that i am good thanks. Got my 3 kid recently, stacking mire sats so all good.

Hopefully it's the same for you 😁😁😁😁

🔥🔥🔥

This is the way we roll.👍

Pretty good... No eggs? What about electrolytes? Potassium and Magnesium, don't underestimate the symptoms of the deficiency after 2 weeks! For real.

Eggs weren’t purchased today. Have fresh eggs in the refrigerator. Still need to work on the electrolytes. I’m pretty much water and black coffee for now. Still learning what I can have. Suggestions are welcomed.🤙🏻🫂

Nice! The thing is that you'll loose water that was retained in the fat. This water is where the body used to keep its storage of magnesium and potassium, and suddenly this stash is going to disappear!

I underestimated this, and woke up one day with a huge headache and with trouble to just go across the room. Thanks that I read about it, run to wholefoods to buy the electrolytes and really helped. I added extra table salt to them.

My recommendation is start now with 1 serving and if you see that you start to loose weight really quick then increase to 2 servings a day for at least a month until the body balance itself out

That's my experience, hope nostr:nprofile1qqstzt0wugc7sklvr8e7fcl7ukyn63ym3ns4nmf2mnk0vqnz4l9x65qpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgqguwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxumm5d4skuerpw3hhy7fwdaexwqgawaehxw309ahx7um5wghx66tyv3kxjmn89ekhjerwwvhx5uq9ezhgl can confirm this!

Thanks 🤙🏻🫂

1 week eating carnivore. congrats! How are you feeling?

Felt pretty good overall. I finally had the headache yesterday (day 6) but I didn’t drink any coffee that day. So far that’s the only day with a headache of any severity. Also didn’t really eat a lot yesterday which probably also contributed. Did a workout and felt rather weak as well. Took it as a learning experience to be sure and eat a good protein lunch if workouts are planned in the afternoon. 🤙🏻

Try to get sausages without sugar. Other than that you're looking golden friend.

I’ve learned to wait for sugar and carbohydrates. These have no neither 🤙🏻

Good luck on your journey man!

🤤

Lookin good mate.

Good job Chriso! I’m starting my 🥩 journey tomorrow. Any tips?

Enjoy the journey.

My tip is if you are one of the ones that has any issues adjusting don’t give up. Commit to min 30 days and slug it out. I had no issues except the bowel. Was 30 days before it adjusted. Protein fat ratio is the thing I had to learn and balance out

I was starting small, like 3 days lol. I guess I’ll give it a go and see what happens.

Na 3 days don’t bother. Your body needs to have time to re adjust. Lots of things change

One day at a time. Starting with a fast today and steaks for dinner. Will have to see how my body responds and how this will work with run training.

That is likely gonna be tough initially until the body knows it’s getting energy from fat stores not sugar reserves

It might not happen right away(the weak feeling), but I did a fairly non-strenuous martial arts weapon’s kata for about 30-45 minutes which my instructor, relearning the pattern, and I really was feeling depleted by the end. It was to the point I was doubting the diet. But everyone seems to say this is normal and it will take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust. Just have to persevere and take it easy while the body adjusts. 🤙🏻💪🏻

I’m going to try to educate myself better on this topic and explore it as a regular dietary approach. Downloaded this book

I really haven’t had much trouble. But I’ve been pretty good about changing bad habits in the past. I got the no carb headache on day 6 but didn’t drink any coffee that day. So I’d make sure to get some coffee everyday
