Is the challenge basically create a challenge for yourself and then hold yourself accountable with a daily note?

I'm in. Had some knee and back pain and sorta let my regular gym routine die down. Can't squat or deadlift yet, but I can hit the gym and work rest of body. Hell maybe time to mix it up and try and totally different routine.
