Yes! Again and again!

A few more rest days during the holidays but all good. I walk a lot on rest days 🫡

I’m off curse in. Took the day off today so I’ll be ready. I’m going to attempt doing alternating days of heavy and light. See how that goes.

Is the challenge basically create a challenge for yourself and then hold yourself accountable with a daily note?

I'm in. Had some knee and back pain and sorta let my regular gym routine die down. Can't squat or deadlift yet, but I can hit the gym and work rest of body. Hell maybe time to mix it up and try and totally different routine.

Gym everyday. That's my December commitment. I can't train squats or deads right now but there is no excuse other than apathy to not be there kicking ass on other body parts.
