Low effort lunch of chicken noodle soup, this recipe says to add some salsa at the end of cooking. Not disappointed although it would have been more low effort if I'd had the chicken prepped. Comfort food is so nice. #foodstr #chickensoup

Yes. I was shocked at how much adding a little lime juice to my soups at the end made them pop.
It worked, I used a mild salsa so it wouldn't be too spicy for the kiddo. That little bit of acidity really boosts the flavor.
