This is pointless. You can go further back and realize that we only ate nuts and survived the ice age only by diversifying into being able to consume meat as well as plant matter.

You can eat meat all day, its good for us but being short sighted about plants and refusing bonehesdedly to accept their effects means your body is way messed up.

If you never crave a salad with steak, you're nutritionally deficient and don't know it. You can minimise it but to completely cut it out is just silly. Anyway thanks and keep on keeping on šŸ‘ŒšŸ»

I have eaten lots of veggies, it's not like I have no point of reference. I was paleo for 5+ years before going carnivore. I "ate the rainbow" of veggies with my meats & all that nonsense. Carnivore is better. Less bloating, fewer aches, better sleep, clearer skin, clearer mind.

You ate the veggies that your meat ate.

I eat a TON of highly processed veggies that have been broken down in four stomaches before mine. :)
