On-Chain is also transparent and people still share their QR codes.

I would honestly rather have the option to have spark be transparent so I can verify how many coins I have with them than just purely trusting the spark operator. Should they give the options to the users? 100% they should if users want to hide their info.

WoS depends of google services. That means your device IMEI is well linked to that WoS account and Google is selling/share it with data brokers.

Good luck being sold as the main product.

Run grapheneOS and apps sandboxed, download it from aurora store using anonymous profiles, run Mullvad or Tor in the background to mask your IP and it makes it harder for them to get information about you. Also you can run the app without any Google services installed. It just takes a little bit time and knowledge to secure yourself a bit more.
