It doesn't look like the UK, the road is well paved and the streets look cleaned and well maintained

I’m sure there are some nice parts with good streets. I think it’s the buildings that stood out to me but it’s a guess I have no idea

I know they shut down the main avenues in Mexico City occasionally for skaters and bikers. I rode my skateboard all over town and it was glorious
