It doesn't look like the UK, the road is well paved and the streets look cleaned and well maintained

I’m sure there are some nice parts with good streets. I think it’s the buildings that stood out to me but it’s a guess I have no idea

In the uk they drive on the left (unless the video is mirrored or something)

Good catch, it's a right sided country. I saw some flags on the left at the start. Is it Italy or Hungary maybe?

The street lights and buildings make me think it’s somewhere in Europe
