Cute fabrics!! My mom made us tons when mine was a baby. Cotton fabric on one side and flannel on the other was the peefect weight for us. Great for tummy time, he loved to look at the patterns.
yes! that's exactly why I got them. I'm so excited to teach him all the farm animal noises π
I talked constantly about what was going on. "We're going to the kitchen and opening the fridge, now we're getting the milk." The people at the grocery looked at me like I was crazy because I said and spelled most things I was putting in the cart. He's used complete sentences pretty much since he started talking and hasn't shut up since ππ. I miss those days.
oh good, I'm not alone in doing that then, haha. I talk to him all the time when I'm doing stuff too but haven't done any spelling yet. I'm gonna start doing that.
Not sure if it was "the right way" but it definitely didn't hurt. It just felt like the thing to do π€·ββοΈ. Just enjoy it and try to not worry about what that "right" thing is βΊοΈ. Motherhood is such a wild ride.
