pixlr.com has a real nice ai auto cutter function, i use that to cut out stuff and then wen u save u can check the png box (3 frre saves, but unlimited wen accessed w incognito mode)

9/10 times you have to manually cut

ai cutter merely a tool sometimes makes the job quicker

usually use whatever works on my phone, never really had to do too much editing on my computer

If you're comfortable with legit Photoshop you'll probably hate the unfamiliar UX.

As a free, open source solution, I "grew up" on it.

Still probably don't use it to it's potential.
