pixlr.com has a real nice ai auto cutter function, i use that to cut out stuff and then wen u save u can check the png box (3 frre saves, but unlimited wen accessed w incognito mode)

usually use whatever works on my phone, never really had to do too much editing on my computer
When I go manual/computer, I rock GIMP still.
But not for quick memes.
Didn't realize they added that functionality.
