Just sync, those relays, that require a fee to upload notes (and thus are mostly spam free) can be found here:
Btw, you should follow more users. Your feed will get much more interesting, as you'll get more frequent updates in your home feed.
For a broader idea about who to follow you could try the client primal.net (alby login required), as they offer the "explore" tab. There you can find trending notes of the last 24 hours. 👍
