Got any good workout ideas for the legs? I've been having mean leg cramps lately.

Tell me more about your daily routine and your workout. I might get some idea to suggest

Typically I focus on leg stretches and leg bending.

I suppose you don't have problems with mobility then you could try

- squat and deep squat

- Leg lunge

- calf raise (could be with doorstep or ladder is fine) --> probably solves your problem , for most people forget to give calf muscle some workouts
