The rate of adoption over the past two days has been wonderful. People are seeing the difference. Closed platforms continue to advertise nostr's greatest strengths for us. We don't have a marketing team, but if we did, Twitter, Reddit, and Apple sure would be competing for the CMO title.

For a more nature adoption we would just require some "official global relay", where some strict rules would be agreed, over which the train wouldn't go on this relay, but at the same time it would be used by most of the nostr protocol as a kind of connecting relay.
I'm sure it would have to be feebased to avoid spam, but let it be for the masses.
It would require some good advertising to introduce the relay to masses, but i think it is possible in the future.

Eh. We don't want to fully centralize around one relay. Many clients have their own relays and those are popular enough, acting as the "official" relay that you mentioned for users of that client.

It looks like fallacy to me bro, because if everyone suddenly starts using Btc, so that doesn't make it a centralized currency either if it using everyone, or maybe I'm just getting it wrong way.

No, any central node is a single point of failure. That afaik goes against the very nature of Nostr.
And yes it's not centralized if you don't have to use it even if you and everybody else decide that you will.
