There are a multitude of contributors, but I'm starting to be on board with seed oils being the top dog with regards to disease.

You can't seriously think than rancid, processed machine lube is causing health problems in humans, can you? 😏😝😎🤣

I know, I know. It's probably just the weather's fault. I don't know how our ancestors survived before humans figured out how to nourish ourselves properly with engineered "food".
