Transaction fees and throughput on lightning vastly outcompete any blockchain.
Blockchains do not scale. ETH and all other chains that are trying to be transactional, store of value and immutable are fundamentally flawed. Their first flaw is the speed of light exists to sync the nodes globally and secondly the blockchain size (chain storage) grows exponentially.
Imagine if the whole economy ran on money orders or wire transfers going through a single bank (imagine all the double spends). That's what ETH, SOL, TRON name your shitcoin are accomplishing/devolving into.
