No. I don't think pizza peel meets the definition. You shouldn't cut things on those (right?). The ones I just ordered are two sided and have non-slip corners and one of them is small. The rest of my non-bread ones are the plain NSF restaurant kitchen nylon type and slide all over the counter unless there's something under them. I'm tired of that.

Well, I DO cut my pizzas on it because it's wood. I like the idea of non-slip corners. I have one like that.

I definitely have knife envy when it comes to kitchen equipment that you have.
