The bigger problem is the big money advertising manipulation of media, ‘for profit’ platforms (Twitter / Facebook) promoting negative memes that trigger people so their ads get sold.. I see worse stuff on a basic browse through Twitter than I do reviewing 4k uploads of nostr.build a day..
