So I'm curious, did it have an impact on the network? Nostr is working fine for me obviously, but maybe I'm missing stuff from damus users?

gossip ftw. I don't know the default relays list for damus and nor does it publish 10002. Personally, I think I may be missing publishing some zap messages but can't really confirm.
