Prolly sending from a popular trading app, robinhood, webull, cashapp, Coinbase

Most have one of those already if they’re on here.

Then simply transfer assets to wallet of satoshi

That’s the easiest I would say

Yes it happens automatically. All funds in your Wallet of Satoshi are spendable both on lightning and on chain
