The design process already makes use of generative design, maybe not a language model, but language models help the process along, and can interface with design codes, parameter optimization, etc
So much of the pre-construct process is digital twin driven, modular, prefabricated, etc.
Now add some Boston Dynamics workers and a swarm of drones with specific task capabiliy... and tokenise the project with micro payments on smart contracts per stage 'autocompleted'.
You can bet the sector is working hard on putting these elements together. It might only be a flex to show mastery, or it might end up being a Rubicon moment.
