I tried factory reset but that didn't work 😕
Is force reflash the same as factory reset?
I'm not super technical and googling didn't provide an answer.

"Factory reset" means the router load the very first version of the software and the configuration it has when came out of the box.
reflash means install a new software that will be used by the "Factory reset", chaning forever the original software intended to run
