I like your sentiment, but your ability to ‘clearly see’ appears to exceed my own. We seem to be looking at the same things, but they do not provide us with the same vision. I don’t believe opting out is an available course of action. Our only action is to use the resources and tools provided us. Their best use may be to share how to weather the collapse not only with the believers (who I count myself amongst), but with all affected. But share it in the sprite of creating a community of common understanding, it is not secret knowledge.

The people who fled their home country still suffered, but far far less than those that stayed. #bitcoin isn't magic, we will still suffer and see those around us suffer. The pain of late adopters will be multiples worse than early adopters though.

I am an old man who recognizes that I don’t prioritize the things in my experience the way a young man might. Neither am I as sure of the emerging complexity as you seem to be. In a Pascal’s wager sort of way, I am making the bet, but only the understanding of others will allow them to wager accordingly. The conspiracy is to how to help others understand accordingly.
