Here’s my take FWIW, humans can be intimidated by human suits (looks) no matter what one is wearing.
Just as it doesn’t matter what a human is wearing they can be preyed upon.
Why this is a fight for some is beyond me?

Yes, there's little statistical correlation between how a woman dresses and her likelihood of being sexually harrassed or assaulted.
Unfortunately, we can't modest our way out of that problem because immodesty doesn't cause it.
Agree that beautiful women are intimidating, even in a potato sack or jeans and a baggy band T-Shirt. Or a baker's apron and covered in flour.
Or, so I've heard.
All the more reason to wear something pretty. There's no camouflage, so you might as well enjoy yourself and spend the afternoon stroll feeling like the wood nymph from Violet Vale.
