Nice. What version of Linux do you plan to use for host OS? I self host other services but haven't tried hosting Alby hub.

Debian is pretty reliable for servers and easy to find support.
I used Ubuntu server for years, but have used NixOS on the server for the last two years. But this would be like jumping into the deep end, so I wouldn't recommend it to start.
I'd say Debian or Ubuntu are a good place to start because you'll find lots of documentation and guides.
