I've had good experiences with both. If had to pick one, I'd probably choose Aqua because I prefer its UX.

Aqua for sure. The submarine swaps of Muun make it unusable in high on-chain fee environments for lightning. You pay a little bit more on aqua for lightning vs a native lightning wallet, but between these two, aqua all day every day.
