.. and most likely encourages centralization.
We need to encourage distribution and discovery of other high quality relays.
maybe zap splits between client and paid relays to incentivise clients to help with better relay discovery and by extension decentralization
WoT provides some level of signal for me
Advertizing not so much
Other perhaps less centralizing signals could be the measured latency
Or the supported NIPs / features
