Which nostr client are you using? I see that you can see how many times those accounts have been reported.

I am using Amethyst. Since Nostr is decentralized who does the report even go to? The relays?

I looked into the relay software and the development is that good yet and I didn't see any reports section or it's not easy to see reports.

On the relay level, but also possible on client level.

Spammers can use their own relays, just like anyone who has been censored.
